Cartagena City Council through the Municipal Institute of Social Services has organized a basic plumbing course with the participation of 15 immigrants from Ghana, Nigeria, Ecuador, Bolivia, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Morocco.

The course was inaugurated on 15 February and runs until March 24, 2010, with a duration of 106 hours will be distributed from Monday to Friday afternoons, between 16:30 and 20:30 hours.

The development site are the facilities of San Juan Bosco Salesians, located on Avenida San Juan Bosco, 33, Los Dolores.

Immigrant students are unemployed, elderly, and registered in the municipality of Cartagena in the last six months.
