The government team spokesman, Joaquin Segado, reported the agreement governing board today to send to the prosecutor and the court the full record of the Wall of Earth, including the urbanization of the area of Monte Sacro, to be check the absolute legality of the process, as we have been advocating, especially considering that the opposition is now placed after the banner is the same who once voted for this file.
With this initiative the City Council wants to show transparency and go ahead, because, to date, no such records have been required which, in all likelihood, be ready to send on Monday.
Mowing as in the Monte Sacro is a planning approval in 2005 for all the municipal corporation, is applying for licenses, it satisfies the requirements and, therefore, if the conditions have to grant it, so the only thing that makes City Hall is to comply with current legislation.
