People's University in the Department of Culture of the City of Cartagena has called the Third Memorial Poster Contest '8 March International Women's Day ', aimed at artists and designers who can present their works to the March 3, in UP units in the Cultural Center Luzzy Ramón Alonso.

The posters can be made in any technique and compete for a prize of 600 euros.

In addition, the winning work, along with the selected part of an exhibition on Women's Day.

A jury composed of representatives of the City of Cartagena will be responsible for choosing the winning work.

With regard to Non-winners may be withdrawn by the authors until April 9, 2010 at the offices of the Popular University of Cartagena.
