The ALDE has launched the program business community, with the aim to disseminate the training services, counseling, employment and businesses that the agency develops, the various companies in the municipality of Cartagena, as well as identify needs to referral levels (training, guidance and employment) for businesses to Cartagena, programming activities that may meet those needs.
To do this, they will participate in the project about 500 companies, classified by sector of activity, which will complete a simple questionnaire to identify needs.
The aim is:
- Allowing companies that need professional profiles.
- Develop human resources tailored to the company.
- To develop practices in enterprises.
- Provide training to employers and workers themselves.
- Report of aid to promote employment, contracting and related business development.
