Area Vocational and Professional Local Development Agency and Employment is holding a series of orientation courses and workshops for people interested in the districts and councils in the region of Cartagena.
Therefore, the program performs 'Classroom', in order deacercar information and training to citizens of Cartagena, located in districts and councils.
It aims to decentralize some of the great activities of the ADLE, by involving as many people through the involvement of neighborhood associations in carrying out various training activities and guidance.
This draft guidance is a range of courses to all neighborhood associations in the region of Cartagena.
The contents of these courses and workshops for guidance, trying to help achieve the improvement of skills and acquisition of skills necessary to cope with both an adequate study methodology and prevention of school failure as knowledge of appropriate strategies for search employment, development of emotional competence for the job, recruitment procedures most commonly used, and control of anxiety.
In the coming months will offer orientation courses and workshops, with a duration of 10 teaching hours, based on:
- Study techniques and prevention of school failure.
- How to overcome test anxiety.
- The search for employment.
- The development of emotional skills and competencies for the job.
- The selection of personal interviews and psychometric tests.
The application deadline is until 13 November, where you can join groups of parents, youth, active workers, unemployed, students, etc.
