The Municipal Archaeological Museum 'Enrique Escudero de Castro' has prepared a very special Saturday night to celebrate the Feast of All Saints and All Souls in early November, in the necropolis unarepresentación theater that recreates a Roman funeral.
In charge of the theater group Ditirambo of Cartagena, this is a recreation of a Roman funeral pomp, with pantomime and poetry of Sappho and Ovid.
This representation was first performed in Rome at the annual meeting of historical reconstruction 'Il Natale di Roma', in which the group won first prize in Cartagena in 2007.
This activity will take place from 21.00 concentré free until all seats and is included in the Fall programming at the Museum, as the beginning of the series 'The Roman funerary world', which will take place every Tuesday in November.
CONFERENCE CANCELLED 'THE PORTRAIT OF MAN AND MEMORY'
The conference 'The portrait and the memory of man' which was to take place on Thursday 29 October, by Christopher Belda Navarro in the classroom culture of CAM, has been suspended.
This talk was included in the activities organized by the Archaeological Museum "Enrique Escudero de Castro" on the occasion of the exhibition Face of Rome.
