The Governing Council has authorized the hiring of construction of the new school in Los Nietos (Cartagena), amounting to 1,420,799 euros, which will provide the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment.

The new center will have three children and six classrooms in elementary and replace the public school kindergarten and primary Félix Rodríguez de La Fuente.

The school will be built on plot of 2,200 square meters occupied by the old school, now demolished, and will have a capacity of 75 students and 150 elementary school children.

The two-storey building will have separate entrances for each phase of education.

In addition, the school will be equipped with an auditorium, library and classroom pencil case.
