Today, we inaugurate the international conference football with over 400 registered (05/06/2009)

The Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, today inaugurated the Sixth Congress of Football 'Cartagena Port of Cultures "and the XVI National Conference Football Coaches' Committee of Football Federation of the Region of Murcia, held in Cartagena until Saturday June 6 opening ceremony takes place at 13.30 pm in the Auditorium of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena and will be attended by the president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation Angel Maria Villar.

Around 400 people have registered to participate in this conference and have received more than thirty research papers in the form of papers and posters from more than twenty universities participating, starting today at 10.00 am in the papers University Auditorium.

On the afternoon of yesterday and activities before the start of the congress, held a panel discussion entitled '50 years of quarry in Cartagena ', organized by the newspaper La Verdad, gearing up for the intensive sessions filled soccer weekend .

On the other hand, as well as football is concerned, on Saturday 6 June, afternoon session from 17:00 pm Manga Club played in the qualifying tournament at the VI International F-7 fry, with the participation of clubs FC Barcelona, Villarreal CF, Real Betis Balompié, Elche CF, Charlton Athletics, EF AFE Madrid, Murcia Region Selection and Selection of Cartagena.

The finals will be played on Sunday June 7 at Municipal Stadium Cartagonova after 10 hours.

There will be a joint entry of one euro for those interested in attending.
