The jury Cartagenero of the Year 2008 will meet on Monday 1 June at 17.30 pm in the Board of Aldermen of the Town Hall, to discuss the person that this award should fall once the deadline for nominations on 11 May.
Chaired by the Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, the jury made up of three members of the board of the Centre for Tourist Initiatives, three representatives of the media, the Cartagenero of the Year last year, we remember was Ramon Garcia Perez, councilors Tourism, Javier Herrero, and Culture, Rosario Montero, and City Official Chronicler, José Monerri.
Remember that the prize Cartagenero of 2008 is celebrating its thirty-eighth year, and kept coming rules regulating the award in the past editions, so the prize will be awarded to those who have made outstanding love and work towards Cartagena, you can not fall back into active political or senior management or members of the jury or deceased.
