The heart of the City of Cartagena will meet on Monday, May 18th, on a routine basis, under the chairmanship of Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, noting in its agenda the discussion of the proposed 2009 municipal budget and the inauguration of the new Popular Party councilor, Ruth Maria Collado González, replacing Enrique Pérez Abellán.
The session will take place from ten o'clock in the morning in the plenary hall of the Town Hall.
In addition to the previous cases, be granted full posthumous title Cartagena Adoptive Daughter of the former councilmen and exparlamentaria in the Congress of Deputies, Rosario Juaneda and approving local holidays for the year 2010 along with the increases in rates of the municipal nursery schools for the next academic year 2009-2010, and the Special Plan for the rehabilitation of the house and another building Llagostera Annex on Main Street.
Finally, and among other things, the Corporation will seek various initiatives of civic groups in the form of motions, requests and questions.
