Cartagena feels close to the victims of terrorism (04/04/2009)

The mayor of Cartagena, Pilar Barreiro, accompanied by President of the Autonomous Community, Ramón Luis Valcárcel, and Vice President of the Association of Victims of Terrorism, Angeles Pedraza, have proceeded this afternoon to the discovery of the monument "The Zulo", by sculptor Victor Ochoa representing the city's homage to victims of terrorism located in the plaza of the port, compared to Heroes of Cavite.

THE ZULO
