The Department of Celebration is open until March 16 the deadline for registering to participate in the acts of the wreath at the city's patron saint, the Virgin of Charity, which is celebrated on April 3 with a parade and subsequent offering in the Church of Charity.
Associations, groups, individuals and bands who wish to participate must do so with Cartagenero costume and join the Department of Cultural Celebration Center located at 'Ramón Alonso Luzzy' C /.

In addition, calls to the representatives of the associations participating in the parade to a meeting on Thursday 12 March at 19.30 pm in the auditorium of the Cultural Center to report any changes regarding the April 3 .
Councillor of Celebration, Florentina Garcia Vargas, has announced significant developments in this regard, since, for the first time, be given an opportunity to all citizens to bring flowers to the patron, so that all morning and until the arrival the parade was able to install the offerings of flowers, individually or in groups, at the door of Charity which will be placed in special holders installed in the facade.
The parade prior to the offering will focus on City Hall Plaza at 16:30 am and run along the following route: Mayor, Plaza de San Sebastian, Puerta de Murcia, Sagasta, Tolosa Latour, Carmen, Santa Florentina, Park Plaza López Pinto, Serreta and Church of Charity.
