The Local Government Committee today approved the sale agreement the Polytechnic University of Cartagena of the current administrative building, situated at Francisca Armendariz Sr., whose final price of 6,016,000 euros, now with this agreement determining the schedule of deadlines.
On January 31, 2010 was the date set for delivery to the UPCT building, which will soon begin the 'moving' to the new administrative headquarters on Calle San Miguel.

As you may recall, the sale of the administrative building is part of a three-way agreement between the City Council, Regional Assembly and the University, in which the Assembly acquires the dorm Alberto Colao to expand its current headquarters on Paseo de Alfonso XIII.
For its part, the university purchased the Town Hall Administration Building Francisca Armendariz Sr. Street to be earmarked for Residence Hall.
