Late yesterday afternoon, Wednesday, Civil Guard officers assigned to the position of Murcia Cabo de Palos proceeded to intercept a group of six illegal immigrants in the area of the Sabine, in the municipality of Cartagena.

Immigrants from Algeria and adults, were illegal and appeared to be in good health.

Given that yesterday was not found on the coast no vessel could have been transported to Murcia, it is likely that their arrival took place on Tuesday, when, in addition to five boats intercepted at sea, were found two and abandoned.

This group of immigrants became available to the National Police, which will process the appropriate files back to their country.
