Cartagena could become the permanent headquarters of the Med Cup (22/08/2008)

The Minister of Culture, Pedro Alberto Cruz, today announced the latest developments with regard to the fifth stage of the Audi Med Cup regatta, 'Region of Murcia Trophy', which takes place next week in the port of Cartagena, and that has become the premier event of the summer not only in the city but throughout the region.

Among the new features, noted that since the autonomous region are working to Cartagena is permanent headquarters of the Med Cup in subsequent years, project in which progress is being made, as the famous race organizers were delighted with the port and its integration into the city.
