Cartagena City Council has taken to hiring the last phase of construction of the new cultural local Pozo Estrecho, with a budget amounting to 450,000 euros, within contract period of nineteen months and a warranty period of one year provisional acceptance of works.
It is a building of 954 sq meters, located on two floors, and whose primary use is intended to house the classrooms of the School of Music of this council-wide musical tradition and home of the band Santa Cecilia ", just as they have been demanding the Galileans.
In this regard, the City recruitment based precisely on the cultural and social needs of the area.
The project includes work on the ground floor, three classrooms not instrumental, while the upper floor will be built fifteen classrooms of individual instrumental tuition, so that the use of the building will be mainly educational.
The award of the contract of these works are carried out in ordinary processing the open, being the deadline for applications until next August 18.
