The Department of Sports organized yesterday the closing ceremony of the 2007/08 football season for the lower echelons of the selection of Cartagena (Benjamin, juvenile, infant, cadet, junior and sub-23), an act which was held at the hall of the Cultural Center Luzzy Ramón Alonso and was attended by players, coaches and other technicians.

To accompany the athletes at the event were also the parents, fans and representatives of various partner institutions and sponsors of this activity, during which images were projected throughout the season and trophies were awarded ratings of each sports talents who have participated in this program.

One of the actors was Patricia Carrión, infant soccer team U-13, has also excelled in other sports such as handball and athletics, for which he received a fitting tribute.

The event was closed by Municipal Trust's director of Sports, Eduardo Armada, who thanked everyone for their attendance and congratulated the winners.
