A deposit of ten thousand cubic meters regulate wastewater contributions Cabezo Beaza (21/04/2008)

Local Government Board, meeting in extraordinary session this morning, approved the draft rolling tank wastewater Beaza Cabezo, promoted by the Directorate General of Water, Ministry of Agriculture and Water of the Autonomous Community of Murcia , with a budget of 3.7 million euros.

As explained Councilman José Vicente Albaladejo, Station Wastewater Treatment Plant is Beaza Cabezo which includes most of the sewage of the Municipality of Cartagena.

The project involves the construction of a rolling tank of 10,000 m3, at the head of the treatment plant.

This deposit will collect all wastewater, including rainfall, and constantly sent to the WWTP, regulating the flow rate variations.

This will entail an improvement in the treatment of wastewater Treatment Station today, as it is able to maintain a constant flow and avoid excess contributions, as usual.

In addition to approving the project, the City Council has made available the land necessary Autonomous Region and is committed to recepcionar works, once it has been implemented by the Directorate General of Water.
