The painter Javier Lorente Pozo Estrecho rose last Sunday with the first prize of VI National Fast Painting Competition on the west side of the field of Cartagena, a first prize was worth 750 euros.
The award ceremony was chaired by Councillor Decentralization, Nicolás Ángel Bernal, the municipal director of Culture, Isidro Perez, and the president of the neighborhood, Antonio Conesa, who also made delivery of a second prize of 450 euros, a Worship Murcia Sáez painter, and a third prize of 300 euros, for the painter of Torre Pacheco Tina Gonzalez.
The winning paintings and other works that have participated in the contest can be seen in the coming days at the Civic Center in La Aljorra, coinciding with the spring festivals.
Javier Lorente, whose career as a painter is backed with success in competitions for painting outdoors that are made to the people of the Spanish, was pleased to be 'the prophet in his own country' and have won the only competition of these features that are organized in the municipality of Cartagena.
