The Local Government Board has approved the proposal Cartagena Councilman Decentralization, Nicolás Ángel Bernal, Plan Districts and Councils for the period 2008-2009, which includes 66 works with a total budget of EUR 7,853,604 provide the autonomous region and the City.

There are also fifteen projects that will be used for public lighting network for an amount of 1.4 million euros, about 600,000 euros are reserved for asphalting of roads and streets of the town, highlighting the works in the village of San Felix, much needed and requested.
Moreover, the neighborhood plan foresees an investment of EUR 1,220,000 to be allocated to the renovation and creation of local neighborhood, as the local office of Vista Alegre and the School of Music Marfagones Mills.
According to Nicholas Angel Bernal, has chosen this model for two-year plan to undertake major works without having to divide it into phases, so we can be more agile and put before the infrastructure available to the neighbors.
