Students CEIP La Manga Mediterranean approach the table tennis with the ADE Program (26/01/2016)

Elementary students CEIP La Manga Mediterraneo participated in an activity Table Tennis ADE (Approach to Sport Elite) of the Department of Sports.

In the morning session, the students have had the opportunity to come and learn about the sport that has given victories Cartagena.

During the activity the young people have had a first contact with the players and the players of the UCAM-CARTAGENA (male and female) at City Hall Specific Table Tennis Barrio Peral.

The development of the day began with a tour of the facilities and the area of ​​trophies and pictures.

Then school athletes have met and shared a few minutes with them.

Young people have made questions to athletes, all under the coordination of Adriana, the coach of the women's team and Jose Antonio Montalbán, coordinator of the Municipal School of Table Tennis.

Students also have the opportunity to practice table tennis with the players themselves, and then at different tables flag every school played between them.

Even a college student was awarded a T-UCAM to show their skills in one of the exercises.

The day concluded with a group photo with players / ace of the two teams.

In addition, the school received a T-shirt UCAM Table Tennis and methacrylate the Sports Department in memory of his passage through the ADE program.

The ADE program is organized by the Sports Council of Cartagena and has the support of the Directorate General of Sports of the Autonomous Community, the Association of Graduates in Physical Education and Sports.
