Students of the Institute of Technical Education (ITE), school education and vocational training in Singapore next summer visit Cartagena for specific management programs, focusing their attention mainly in the fields of entertainment and sports, as well as in the area telecommunications, an initiative that has been possible thanks to the coordination of the City of Cartagena and the Department of Youth and Sports, together with the work done by the Department for International Development and the Polytechnic University of Cartagena.
