Agents of the local police of the City of Cartagena has carried out a seizure action through the Special Intervention Unit (UEI) why has seized a total of 52 products such as sneakers, sweatshirts, DVDs or perfumes, all imitation.
The intervention has taken place in the vicinity of the markets in the Mediterranean Construction and Cabo de Palos.
IIn addition to the items that imitated brands like GAP, Adidas and Nike, also they confiscated 150 kg of fruit of dubious origin.
Illegal hawking and not having the relevant license or authorization leads to a serious offense under the provisions of the Municipal Ordinance regulating the exercise of sale outside permanent commercial establishments.
The penalty that this type of offenses is a fine of up to 3,000 euros, plus the subsequent seizure of the products on sale.
