Collaborates the Department of Youth |
The hall of the Youth Resource Centre will host on Saturday 14 November, Kundalini Yoga Master Class within the TLA program.
It will be from 10 to 13.30.
The event is organized by the Attic Theatre Workshop School and the Department of Youth collaborates.
The main objective is to learn the skills necessary to control breathing and mood, so you can use it for the development of search tools character.
The registration fee will cost 5 euros, and must be made at the offices of Youth Resource Centre.
The teacher who conducted the class is called Raffaella Guerci.
