Course of police proceedings against road safety and Drug Detection (13/11/2015)

Starts next Monday 16 and will end on November 27.

It will be on the premises of the School of Education and Innovation of the Public Administration, in collaboration with the Traffic Department and the School of Public Safety of the City of Cartagena

ESPAC facilities will host, starting next Monday 16, the course of police investigations into crimes against road safety.

Detection of Drug and Psychotropic Substances in the drivers. The course will be held on days 16, 18, ​​20, 23 and 27 November.

The course is organized by the School of Education and Innovation of the Public Administration (EFIAP) in collaboration with the Directorate General of Traffic (DGT) and the School of Public Safety of the City of Cartagena (SPACE) and in the Plan of Formation EFIAP.

The series is aimed at officers of the Local Police of Cartagena, the aim being to train the local police for the investigation of prosecution for such offenses, under Article 796.7 of Law 38/2002 of 24 October, of partial reform of the Criminal Procedure Act.

During the development of the course will be announced:

- Drug abuse: pharmacological and toxicological aspects.

- Exploration of the outward signs related to drug use.

- Screening for drugs of abuse in biological fluids.

-Procedures Control of drug use on road safety. Sobriety test and sign Act.

- Techniques for detecting elements of the chain of custody and cold..

A practice in public on the determination of drugs in drivers.

The presentation of the course is run by Pablo Martinez Lanzarote, Road Safety Tax Murcia.

This course will participate Angeles F. Martinez Ripoll, Head of Administrative Service of the JPT Murcia, Carmen Sanchez Senac, coroner and deputy director of the Institute of Legal Medicine of Cartagena and Chief, Laboratory of INLSC Jose Ramon Manuel Llorca, lieutenant of the Civil Guard, Head of detachment Traffic Civil Guard of Cartagena, Juan Rodriguez and Emilio Mendez, the local police sergeant and head of the Judicial Police Unit Traffic Cartagena.

The course has a duration of 25 teaching hours in morning sessions.
