Operators Parks and Gardens this afternoon completed the work that began Monday for the removal of specimens of Oriental plane 18 located in this street that were rotten.
Later it was replaced by other trees
From early in the morning of Monday, the Parks and Gardens of the City of Cartagena is conducting preventive work of pruning and felling of trees on the street Prince of Asturias, work is scheduled to finish this afternoon.
It is about 18 copies of Oriental plane that were in poor condition due to rot affecting the roots dug a trench work a couple of years ago, had reached the neck of the tree.
Once felled copies later are replaced by other trees more in line with the settings and conditions of the street.
Started cutting jobs in Prince of Asturias, will continue soon in the Paseo Alfonso XIII and Queen Victoria Avenue.
