Before the start of the course 2015-2016 Intercultural Center in the Department of Social Services is located in Los Dolores and Old Town, technicians Immigration Program and Development Cooperation kept the last on 5 and 6 October briefings with family of young people who will be part of the workshops.
At the meeting they were informed of the purpose and objectives of the Intercultural Center and the rules, rights and duties of all members.
Also explained are the themes that are going to work in the first quarter: group cohesion and trust, and healthy eating habits, tolerance, stereotypes and cultural prejudices.
Finally they were told that in the festivities of Halloween and Christmas will be prepared and held two thematic parties.
The course, for these kids between 10 and 18 years of diverse nationalities and cultures, starting on Tuesday, Oct. 13.
