The municipal government of Cartagena want to publicly thank the letter of support from the Federation of Neighborhood Associations, Consumers and Users of Cartagena and Shire Fernando Garrido (FAVCAC) signed by its President Cristina Roca and recently received at City Hall by supporting the motion to Full Council last August 14, 2015 to encourage the arrival of the AVE to Cartagena through the bypass Reguerón.
