Agents of the local police in Cartagena in collaboration with the Association for the Defence of Animals PAES managed to rescue a dog Dalmatian breed, Wednesday August 19th they were in humiliating conditions and course in a state of abandonment.

The control unit consumption and establishments (UCECO) following a complaint filed by the association got in touch with the owner of the pet, neighbor Al Hoceima neighborhood Peral Street, and gave it to the AdoptaVida association.

Among the functions of the local police is the enforcement of the ordinance of pet ownership, which provides for such cases penalties ranging, as are minor, serious or very serious, 30 euros to 3,000 euros.
