The City of Cartagena, through the Department of Social Services and the Municipal Institute of Coastal Services, is carrying out, with the advice of the Technical Office of FAMDIF and collaboration of Red Cross volunteers, track beaches in the municipality in order to encourage accessible tourism and ensure equal opportunities for people with physical and organic.
This is the third joint action they perform and, this time There were twelve visited beaches: Lost Ship, Playa Cavanna, La Gola beach, Playa Honda, Los Nietos, Los Urrutias, Minor Islands, Levante Beach, Mar de Cristal, Villas Caravaning, sirens, Playa Galua and Pine Creek.
In all it has analyzed the current situation of the accessibility of beaches, progress on these and of what remains to be done to improve them.
