The National Police proceeded last week to the arrest of three members of an organized group of individuals dedicated to the forgery and swindling banks, from which they obtained loans worth some 350,000 euros.

The investigations began when police officers were aware of the existence of an organized group that was dedicated to falsify documentation with intent to deceive several banks to obtain personal loans.

Thus, the researchers could see how they get this organized group almost perfect forgeries of tax returns, payroll employment contracts and several people, who had in the banks to simulate economical reliability to get loans, which They paid the first installments and thereby gain the trust of bank managers.

The officials noted that the three detainees had obtained three loans worth 350,000 euros and were pending approval five more loans.

With the first loans acquired three luxury cars, trying to sell, two in Seville and France not getting it thanks to the rapid intervention of the agents and third appropriating the ringleader of the group to use.

Once obtained the evidence necessary researchers of the Group of Economic Crime Police Station of the National Police of Cartagena, proceeded to the arrest of the three persons, conducting a house search, where they were found, various counterfeit documentation and prepared for the application of other loans as well as 11,300 euros in cash, a pistol, a blocked bank account with 6,000 euros, plus the intervention of high-end vehicle ringleader.

The detainees, upon completion of police inquiries were made available to the Court of Instruction number five Cartagena ordered his immediate imprisonment.
