The new Public Safety Act was the ending theme Course Director of Security (21/07/2015)

The mayor, Jose Lopez, was Monday afternoon at the closing ceremony of the First Course Director of Security which was held in Cartagena organized by the UPCT.

During the ceremony, held at the NH Campo Cartagena hotel, he intervened Head of Central Private Security Unit of the National Police, Commissioner Esteban Gandara.

Among other issues, Gandara talked about the new Public Safety Act and the objective of the security forces, protect the rights and freedoms.
