The Local Development Agency and Employment closing Friday July 17 Occupational Training Course Kitchen that has been going on since 4 December, a total of 810 teaching hours, and ends with the act to be to be held at 12:30 in the classrooms that have the ADLE in the building of La Milagrosa.

At the close attend Deputy Mayor and Councillor of Greater Employment, Ana Belen Castejon, director of the ADLE, Francisco Garcia Valenzuela, along with leaders of the course, students and families.

Students who complete the course receive a certificate of professionalism, helping to promote their employment, as evidenced by the fact that today 50 percent of the students already have a contract of employment, combining training with the job.

The formation process of professional certificate level 2 Cooking Course contains the following modules:

Safety, Health and Environmental Protection in Hospitality

Gastronomic offers Simple and Provisioning Systems

Pre-processing and food preservation.

Culinary techniques.

Culinary products.

Nonworking module Internship Kitchen.

80 hours.

The hours of practice are performed in different companies of Cartagena hotels and restaurants, such as Restaurant Hotel Los Habaneros, La Tartana, Tapería restaurant, Brasserie, The Hammer and La Antigua Maestranza, with the aim that students acquire all skills necessary to complete their training and have more chances of employability.

N practices begin on September 3, ending on the 24th of that month.
