Agents of the local police in Cartagena reported last Saturday night the owner of a dog that bit a child in La Manga, one kilometer.
After the facts, the police requested the owner of the dog to show any documentation of the animal, ensuring that lacked identification, health card and chip, which is a violation of the ordinance tenure protection and pets.
The child, who suffered damage to the left leg, was taken to Medical Center of La Manga in the municipality of San Javier.
Remember that failure to this ordinance involves minor offenses, sanctions with a fine of 30 to 300 euros;
serious, a fine of EUR 300.01 to 1750;
and very serious, a fine of EUR 1750.01 to 3000.
