The National Police proceeded yesterday to the dismantling of an organized group dedicated to drug trafficking in Cartagena and region, and the dismantling of a major selling point for cocaine and marijuana in the Los Mateos (Cartagena).
The investigation began earlier this year, after learning the Narcotics Group of the police station in Cartagena, of the existence of an organized group dedicated both end drug trafficking in the neighborhood of Los Mateos, and the intermediate cocaine trafficking in the region of Murcia.
The group was led by a person who went by the alias of "PINE" who ran an active point of sale and distribution of drugs located in the district of Los Mateos (Cartagena), along with supplying cocaine to other traffickers points open in the region of Murcia and Alicante, in amounts ranging between one and five kilograms sale.
