The mayor of the area has made Wednesday delivered the money raised by the theater group Tanit after the performance of the Bride Dress, 1500 euros, to be used in organizing activities for the thirty children participating in this summer school this month
The councilor for Culture, Education and Equality, David Martinez Noguera, today presented to the president of Asteamur, Nani Martinez de Haro, the money raised by her group Tanit Theatre Department, after the joint performance of the play The Wedding Dress in the Auditorium The Batel, amount donated in full, amounting to 1,500 euros.
This money, pointed the mayor, joins the 3400 euros that were raised in the Marchamujer activity, also for this group, which is doing great work for children with autism and therefore always count on our cooperation and support.
For Martinez de Haro, these charitable contributions are important, this is a lifelong disability, but with early detection and care can greatly improve the quality of life for families, and this is achieved with the aid.
The fate of the money that was delivered today is the Summer School organized by the Association, attended by 31 children between 3 and 13 years in Cartagena, both affected by the syndrome of autistic disorder and their siblings, thereby facilitating the integration family.
Among other activities, will pool, theater, organic garden and sensory stimulation.
Asteamur PTA is a nonprofit of Murcia which aims to help people with autism spectrum disorder and is composed of 80 families.
