The Federation has called the Carnival Poster Contest to represent the city in the Carnival 2016, notice where you can take part any creator, Spanish or foreign, provided that their works are original.

There will be a single prize of 1,000 euros, which may be forfeited if considered by the jury. The works will be presented at the Graduate School in the street Gisbert, in the morning from 9.30 to 13.30, and the time limit for November 6.
The Federation of Carnival has the support of the City of Cartagena through the Department of Culture and Celebration.
