The Rugby tournament I bring to Cartagena 10 players from around the country (15/05/2015)

Organized by the University Rugby Club Cartagena in collaboration with the Department of Sports |

200 male and female players will take part this Saturday May 16 at I 10 Cartagena Rugby Tournament, held in the Municipal Golf Rugby Macher, which are also some exhibition games scheduled by children School rugby sub-8, U-10, U-12 and U-14 categories. Organized by the University Rugby Club Cartagena in collaboration with the Department of Sports City of Cartagena, as well as various sponsors.

The tournament will involve six women's teams and five male senior category teams from various parts of the country, besides the aforementioned friendly between teams U-18 and children games.

It will begin at 9: 45h, completion being planned at 20:30, followed by the awards ceremony and a third massive time.

All participants and accompanying persons and fans who have so requested, provided with supplies, drinks, food, art event and third time with dinner. Admission is free.

The participating teams are:

In the women: Squalas San Javier Mar Menor, Torrevieja Tigers, Cuder Murcia, Fermionas RC (Granada), Lordians (Lorca and Madrid) and the home side CRUC Féminas.

In the men: Bosons Rugby Club (Granada), Lorca Rugby Club, Marine Cartagena, CRUC and Carthago X, being confirmed the presence of a sixth team in the time of writing the news.

The tournament is held in the form of rugby 10 (10 players per team), popular variant, especially in the late season, for its dynamism and fewer players and length of matches, which makes feasible the dispute of many more games in one day.
