The Local Government of the City of Cartagena has agreed in a special meeting this morning to ask the Autonomous Community and Secretary of State for Trade paths grants for a total amount of 60,000 euros which together with other municipal contributions is expected to spend the improvement and modernization of stores and food markets.
As explained by the Security council and Commerce, Mariano García, has agreed to apply for a grant of 20,000 euros to the administration within the Regional Plan launched to modernize municipal retail markets to promote local trade in 2015. To this help add eight thousand euros the City, for use in the Market of Santa Florentina.
On the other side of the aid request of the Secretary of State for Trade through the Chambers of Commerce of each town unique projects designed to promote the modernization of commercial areas in cities with large tourist or trade liberalization schedules, as Cartagena.
In all these projects will go to 50,000 euros, to which must be added another 10,000 provided by the City.
