The Popular Party candidate for mayor of Cartagena, Pilar Barreiro, thanked the representatives of the PP in the neighborhood councils daily work they do on behalf of their neighbors and reminded them that their role will be critical to explain to voters the investments that have transformed the districts and councils of Cartagena in recent years.

At a meeting this afternoon at the local headquarters with the chairmen and members of the PP in the Neighborhood Councils, Barreiro told that the process of modernization in districts and councils has been possible because the Popular Party is present throughout the town, known their needs and propose solutions.

Barreiro added that "this is not a game of newcomers, here is a strong party that is present in every corner of the town. The PP is every day throughout Cartagena, others just go visit when approaching elections."
