The court admistrativo contractual remedies urges the City of Cartagena to modify the valuation of the improvements that bidders bid on contracts, to comply with criteria directly linked to the subject of the contract.
The Central Administrative Tribunal of Contractual Appeals has rejected the animal protection organization 4Gatos can enjoy any preference in hiring Management Service Center Care and Treatments Companion Animal City of Cartagena (CATAD).
Before the appeal by the protective association against the specifications for contracting this service, the administrative court warns the many allegations made ​​by the appellant and the little jurídco draft of most of them.
With its action, the 4Gastos association claimed that additional points will be awarded to tenderers who were animal welfare groups.

The court also rejected two arguments 4Gatos on the economic nature of the contract and its maximum budget for four years, which considers not have a solid foundation.

According to the instructions of the court, the city of Cartagena corrected in the new statement the clause relating to the valuation of the improvements and will immediately take Catad tender.
