SPCT complaint sidewalks deficiencies in access to hospital from the neighborhood Santiago (16/02/2015)

Cartagena Several neighbors have expressed their complaints about the neglect and danger in the street that connects the Hospital of Saint Lucia and the Barrio de Santiago, specifically near the morgue's in that area.

The development works of the street are half a point and from the street, the sidewalk disappears giving way to weed forcing neighbors to have to use the road to get to the hospital, which is busy roadway by vehicles belonging to users of the hospital who park outside the hospital parking daily.

In this situation we require from SPCT immediately proceed to prolong the pavement of the street to ensure safe and decent access to the Hospital of St. Lucia.
