Solidarity Campaign Sponsor a Grandparent held yesterday at the residence of the Little Sisters of the Poor where elders were visited by representatives of 27 major associations.
The various clubs were presented with gifts to residents.
Sixty older received the love and Christmas mood by the various associations.
Each club gave two elders, who were very grateful.
The event was preceded by a performance by the Band of Molinos Marañones.
When finished, the nuns Christmas sweets offered for attendees will taste as well as showing the facilities with an extensive tour.
The mayor of Social Care, Antonio Calderon, on behalf of the Department, presented with gifts to two elders too.
The directors of major associations such as Santa Ana, Los Dolores, Slum Four Saints, Sector Station, Quarries, Senior Federation, Alums, Vistalegre, Albujón, among others, attended the charity event.
