Students Joint Training workers developing the ALDE (Agency for Local Development and Employment) Employment Program have visited this week Residences Senior House, Los Almendros and Santa Ana Nova and facilities of the Association for People with Down Syndrome (ASID).
In each of the centers, their respective officers, conducted a tour of the participants of this training, where they explained in detail the operation thereof.
In this activity students have participated 15 workers specializing in geriatric care for dependent people in social institutions, teachers accompanied it.
With this visit were able to observe the type of services offered to users, and the organization and workflow;
knowing the equipment they have centers;
observe the methodology and know the professional disciplines that make up the teams of each center, in order to be eligible professionally part of this team.
It also served to publicize the perpetrators of these centers are obtaining the qualification that students PMEF workers with a view to future staff selections that can be made.
