Three representatives of the Hostages Legion of Carthago, Legion Amazon Cappadocia and Himilcón Troops respectively, came in yesterday afternoon to deliver the donations collected by Caritas festive and friends attending the party held last Saturday at the Coyote nightclub in Cartagena .
The three festive Jean Claude (Hostages), Celia (Himilcón) and Gema (Amazonas), representing their associations, given the total proceeds of the charity raffle held during the festival "Coyote Púnico" the representatives of Caritas Parish of St. Vincent de Paul Conchi Olivo and Carmen Tirado.
Both expressed their gratitude to the groups that made the delivery, extended to all who helped collect money that would cover part of the next purchase of food intended for the neediest of our city.
Hoping that this will be the first of many similar initiatives, which more festive groups, these Romans and Carthaginians join highlighted the success of the party and convenient for its implementation, both to strengthen ties between associations to educate by example of solidarity .
Surely this is an exemplary action that demonstrates that the Festival of Carthaginians and Romans are not only a feast for fun, but there is also educational, cultural and public conscience.
