The International Poetry Prize Antonio Oliver Belmar already winner.

Sandro Luna has been chosen for his book of poems.

More than 80 contestants have fought with the weapon of poetry to qualify for this award. Sandro Luna, Catalan poet was the deserved winner.

A very difficult decision you had to make the jurors, renowned poets like Vicente Gallego has ensured that this year has been a year of great quality.

Any runner would have been worthy winner.

The books of poems have come from every corner of Spain: Madrid, Barcelona, ​​Valladolid, Sevilla, among other cities and towns.

Many also have crossed the border, Bogotá, Hamburg, France, Ohio or Havana.

Finally it was this young poet from Barcelona which has won the twenty-eighth International Poetry Prize Antonio Oliver Belmar. The book contains brief Sandro but very intense poems, singing to life.

Poems where strangeness, very intense.

Contain much poetic truth and believe that this young poet can go a long way, said Vicente Gallego, on behalf of the jurors.

The prize is worth 5,000 euros and the publication of the work, something that surely this Catalan poet has filled him with joy.

This contest has been organized by the Department of Culture and Popular City University of Cartagena.
