SPCT reporting a new incident wounded in the Mediterranean urbanization (30/11/2014)

This afternoon the Private Mediterranean neighbors have had to attend another incident in the street.

Specifically the altercation occurred at the Plaza in front of the shops Street Amethyst and Diamond Street, in the heart of this populous district of Cartagena.

The fact that both SPCT as neighbors have complained on numerous occasions in recent months the situation of insecurity prevailing in the area, where fights and dirt that cause individuals who daily drink, eat and consume is given narcotic substances in broad daylight have become an everyday sight in the neighborhood, but to date neither the Government Office or the City of Cartagena do anything to avoid this unfortunate and dangerous situation.

This time the incident occurred for the fight of three individuals, regular users of drugs.

Two of those involved, have attacked the third causing rupture the eardrum in one ear.

In this situation the residents were forced to call the police and emergency medical services to treat the wounded and reduce the aggressors.

From SPCT we demand for the umpteenth time that public administrations involved, take seriously the serious problem of insecurity we are living in the area.

While reiterating our complaint will continue to occur periodically altercations, but we want to show that inaction City Council Delegation and may cause a disaster at any time, and since these are not isolated incidents altercardos and fix makers are warned, will have to assume responsibility if one day something happens that can not be solved, are warned again.
