Unemployment experiencing lower rise in October since 2008 (04/11/2014)

Jobs Councilman City of Cartagena, Joaquin Mowing, praised the unemployment data for the month of October in the town, collecting 162 more unemployed as a story that is not good, but where can glean several shades that show a positive trend, on one hand, which is the lowest rise in October before the crisis, during which the rise was around 550 jobless, which reached over 1000 new unemployed in October for two years.

Furthermore, it added Mowing, last year on the same date, had 2000 people more unemployed, and remember that January 1, 2014 was 1,600 more unemployed than October 31, another significant fact that the numbers are down.

All this makes us cautiously optimistic, said the mayor of Employment, we know that the year will end with less Cartagena and Cartagena in stoppage which ended last year and that, a priori, is a symptom of a mild economic recovery, but we will not relax, we will continue working to implement the necessary steps towards achieving a consolidated growth turn into job creation, and that we will not stop or step back, not even to gain momentum.

SENIOR DROP THE MEDIA

Mowing believes Interestingly, the decline in unemployment in Cartagena is still faster than the national average.

Unemployment has fallen in a year by 8.5%, almost three points higher than the national average decline and the increase recorded in the same month is less than half of that has occurred in Spain.
