The International Film Festival of Cartagena and Repsol have launched a Short Film Competition among organizations of the city.
With this first edition, the festival organizers wanted to promote interest in cinema among younger and promote the study and understanding of film language.
Thus, the FICC takes another step in its goal to attract moviegoers quarry in Cartagena, goal that has worked three years with the section as consolidated, Young amateurs.
