The Cartagena deputation of Miranda does not have any sports facilities, beyond which the Apostle Santiago CP has on campus.
There have been many broken promises by the PP government team, which after nearly 20 years in power has been unable to provide this cartagenera council of a public sports facility within the town of Miranda.
Neighbors repeatedly have complained to the City Council and the Neighborhood Council to build sports courts and a football field for the Cartagena city, finding the answer good intentions and promises that never materialize.
